Strictly requirements for any new high rise construction at the central of Hanoi together with expected GFA from the Investor bring interesting challenges for the design team to, yet, design impressive and memorable architecture for the project. Taking all into consideration with deep site analysis on the surroundings including 2 key issues which are accessibility and climate, instead of creating “monster block” as many existing cases in the city with the same story, the proposal did deliver innovative design solution that can be well adapted to the surrounding but still ensure investor expectations.
