2500m2 beautiful and ocean front land located in the middle of Da Nang and Hoi An acient City will be planned with 5 building blocks of Villas and other resort facility such as restaurant, entertainment, swimming pool. 60% of project site is allocated for landscape and open space with great preservation of existing natural settings. All building blocks are set to allow natural ventilation from the sea as well as maximization of view toward the ocean from all rooms. Construction for the first block of villas and restaurant will be started early 2017.
