The concept is creating high energy efficiency office building while creating outstanding look and feel architecture but ensuring cost efficiency for Client. Key eye attraction is 2 storey curve form block with unconventional office design on top of the building where meeting rooms and Managers’ office located, 50% rest of the floor is for rooftop garden and outdoor entertainment facilities in order to provide best motivation for staffs and guest, also cool down the whole space in very hot Vietnam Southern climate.
